The INFITEK MT-810D PCB separator machine is equipped with upper and lower cutting blades and the upper circular blade is adjustable from 0 up to 2mm. This PCB V-Cut machine has an adjustable separation speed and adjustable operation platform. The INFITEK MT-810D PCB separator is applicable to PCB Board, Aluminum Board, Soft Fiber, Fiber Glass Plate, and LED Light Bar. This cutting machine is suitable for use in industries that use PCB, such as the LED industry, SMT industry, cellphone / mp3 industry and electronic toy industry, etc.

Features:

1. Adjustable separating speed: 500mm/s or 300mm/s
2. Minimum Cutting length - 400mm (MT-810A), Maximum cutting length: 1300mm (MT-810D)
3. Upper circular blade adjustable up to 0-2mm.
4. Adjustable operation platform from 0-50mm.
5. Cutting thickness: 1.0-3.2mm
6. V-cut thickness: 0.2-2.0mm
7. The machine can cut PCB boards without damaging electronic components.
8. Improves cutting efficiency.
9. With the blade moving, it can reduce pressure on the board to avoid solder joint crack and parts fracture.
10. The upper circular blade cuts against the lower linear blade to separate the PCB board, with smooth and clear cuts.
11. Set fixed start and end points for blade moving according to the length of PCB.
12. According to the width of the PCB, the back baffle can be adjustable from 0 to 150mm.
13. The blades are sharp and durable. And they can be sharpened between 2 to 3 times.
14. Assemble the light curtain system on the end of the lower blade for your option. If there is anything beyond the safe line, the PCB separator will stop, which provides safety protection.
